Junior SW engineer

Description

Taking part in the development of several SW components of a 3D printer including some or all of the following tasks:

  • Embedded SW development: microcontroller programing, communication protocol implementation and motion control tasks
  • UI development: implementing UI components in several different UI frameworks
  • Development of 3D printer print engine and print sequences
  • Development of machine integration tools, calibration wizards and user wizards

Requirements

Experience:

-       Experience in development of multi-disciplinary systems

Mechanical Engineer

Description

  • Developing new systems and components for 3D printers throughout full product life cycle: concept, research, design, integration, testing, and transfer to production
  • Defining and running required experiments, and analyzing results
  • Performing necessary calculations/simulations for system development or optimization
  • Developing knowledge and insights related to 3D additive manufacturing processes
  • Leading development tasks across departments and managing matrix



Requirements

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a ME at a printing or capital equipment company
  • Technological management experience – required
  • Experience in complex tasks and projects – required
  • Non-technological management experience (projects/disciplines) – major advantage
  • Experience in printing/inkjet – major advantage
  • Proven people and project management experience
  • Experience with manufacturing technologies, materials, coatings and quality control

Description

  • Developing and implementing algorithms for 3D model manipulation and 3D printing process preparation
  • Developing and implementing image-processing algorithms for machine calibration tools

Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience – required
  • Experience at multidisciplinary companies (e.g. Orbotech, KLA, Applied Materials, Kodak, Indigo, Elbit) – preferred

·       Experience in at least one of the following:

1.     Computational geometry

2.     Algorithms development for 2D or 3D rendering engines

3.     Image acquisition and image processing

4.     Algorithms development of mechanical or optical calibration routines


Qualifications & Skills:
